 Submission of annual returns
As part of an ongoing process of improving our management
of Annual Returns and enhancing our services to NGOs, we have reviewed the submission
period for returns.
Consequently, NGOs are required to submit Annual Returns
within three (3) months after the completion of their financial year. (For
more information on Financial Year, please read FAQ
on this website.
Annual Returns should be accompanied by a filing fee of
KShs.1,000/=. Organisations with annual incomes of KShs.1
Million and above are further required to submit audited accounts.
Please note that failure to submit returns on time will
attract a penalty of
KShs.25,000/= for every year defaulted
