Requirements for reinstatement
1. Application letter to the Executive Director requesting the same.
2. Surrender the old registration certificate for cancellation.
3. Pay a penalty of KES 25,000/= for late filing of annual returns.
4. Pay KES 11,000 for the issuance of a new registration certificate.
5. Submit your annual returns when collecting your new certificate.
This applies to organizations seeking reinstatement under regulation 17(7) of the NGOs Co-ordination Regulations 1990.For all other organizations, the provisions of regulation 17(1)-(6) apply.
